Crude helmeted head of Athena r. / Owl. Pozzi 1530; Seltman Pl. XVIII, A264/P341. Ex Schley Family Collection c. 1900.

At one time this series was thought to have been issued 550-520 B.C., but later research has discovered that this is one of a mass issue of crude style tetradrachms from the turn of the 5th Century B.C.
